Denmead Neighbourhood Plan Submission
Notice is hereby given that the Denmead Parish Council has submitted to Winchester City Council their Plan Proposal under Part 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

In making comments on the proposed plan you may comment on any of the information submitted by the parish council. You should consider in particular whether the plan meets the "basic conditions", which are set out in the Basic Conditions Statement submitted with the plan.
Following this consultation the comments received will be passed to the independent examiner, Chris Collison, appointed by the Council. The examiner will consider the representations, whether the plan meets the basic conditions and other relevant legal requirements, and will determine if the plan should be put to a community referendum. The examiner may request further information to help in his consideration and may conduct the examination through written representations only, or he may call a public hearing to examine a particular issue in more depth. If the examiner recommends that the Plan should proceed to a referendum, the referendum may take place 2 or 3 months after the Examiner’s Report is received.

Hard copies are available for inspection at the council offices, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ (Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm) and at Denmead Parish Council, The Old School, School Lane, Denmead, Waterlooville, PO7 6LU (Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.30pm).
